What awaits you?
- You develop creative solution concepts and inspire customers with your ideas
- You prepare convincing presentations/reports and communicate them competently
- You manage successive projects, advise and report to the customer’s top management
- You support our market development and develop your own ‘business case’
- You are jointly responsible for the expansion of our product portfolio
- You train junior consultants & analysts and further develop their leadership skills
What do you bring?
- An excellent Master’s degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on strategic management, brand management, marketing, corporate development or industrial engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or in a comparable industrial role
- You think strategically and can interpret entrepreneurial contexts in a targeted manner
- Confident communication at C-level in English and German
- Enthusiasm for change and the ability to motivate and inspire people
